Second Annual Classroom Lending Library Project

Our 2nd Annual Classroom Lending Library Project was a huge success. The Hello Friend/ Ennis William Coscy Foundation gave away more than 600 classroom libraries to UNDER-RESOURCED, MAINSTREAM, PUBLIC SCHOOL classrooms, serving children who do not have adequate reading at home. We are so excited to be able to help teachers and children in such a tangible way. This remarkable project was made possible though the creativity and generosity of Scholastic Book Clubs, who donated the books.We are so excited to be able to help teachers and children in such a tangible way.
We are sorry to say that the application period for the 2003 Lending Library Project is now closed. We hope to give away more Classroom Lending Libraries for 2004, so please check back on our site next year.
